With a combined age of over 200 years between them, the Strollers Trio are still going strong and vibrant with their brand of music.
Despite their age, don’t ever underestimate the three gentlemen singing prowess, stamina, showmanship and energy while on stage.
The group is made up by Bala, 72, Bonnyface Jeremiah, 74 and Azmi Pak Lang, at 64.
For the doubters, be warned, they can still “knock the socks off” anyone much below their age with their repertoire of Latin, English, Malay, Mandarin, Hokkien, Hindi and other evergreen hits.

Bala is lead vocalist and spokesman for the trio.
His interest in music started from a young age when he used to listen to the radio of songs from Engelbert Humperdinck , Stevie Wonder, Frank Sinatra, Eric Clapton and many more.
Although he was working with the Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) till retirement, he moon-lighted to do for his musical gigs.
“I also used to take part in many talentine and singing competitions.
“Our love for music drives us to be still active in the industry and we normally get around two to three gigs in a month. Performing also helps us to relax and meet people.
“Most the our performances are for private gatherings, birthdays, corporate gatherings, farewell or weddings,” said Bala.
Meanwhile, Bonnyface who is a full-time musician started his career back in the sixties and had performed with many bands like Colour Phases, Old Timers, Country Lads, Pin Heads and many more.
Azmi is a retired Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) staff and also does the vocals and plays the lead guitar.
