Dato Tony Goh retains chairmanship of MAH Penang

Veteran hotelier, Dato Tony Goh retained his post as the chairman of the Malaysian Association of Hotel (MAH) Penang Chapter at the annual general meeting held at the St Giles Wembley Hotel here.

He will now serve his second term as the chairman of MAH Penang for the term 2025 till 2028..

Goh is also the general manager of the St Giles Wembley Hotel and the Cititel Express in Georgetown, Penang.

The AGM saw a total of 60 delegates from the various hotels and resorts in attendance.

Also present at the ceremony was Dato Khoo Boo Lim, vice president of MAH and Isaac Raj, Chief Executive Officer of MAH and .Pn Fadhillah Arifin (MAH general manager) from Kuala Lumpur.

The Vice chairman are Dato Gulab Mahatam Rai (GM NEO+ Hotel and Lone Pine Hotel) and Ben Ho (GM Lexis Suites Penang).

The Honorary Secretary is John Kim (Hotel manager Mei Hotel) while the Treasurer is Dennis Lee (GM Royale Chulan Penang).

The committee members are Suffian Phoong (Hompton Hotel), Amran Taib (Berjaya Hotel Penang), Melvin Ooi (Prestige Hotel), Tan Hock Khiam (Aroma Hotel), Lynne Choong (Bayview Hotel Georgetown) and Alex Gooi (Hotel Sentral Georgetown).

Meanwhile, the Internal auditor is Davidde Ong (Angsana Teluk Bahang).
