The Aman Central Mall in Alor Setar hosted its “Face of AC” fashion show extravaganza at its main atrium recently.

It was the 9th session of the show being held in the Northern Region.

A large turnout of guests and supporters saw the mall filled to the brim in both the terraces and the floor.

Taking to the catwalk were a bevy of 20 local and international male and female models who paraded in three rounds of fashion showcase.

Despite their inexperience in the world of fashion and beauty platforms, they paraded much to the support and encouragement of the audience and supporters.

After the exhausting three rounds of parade, the eventual winners were Siti Rosli and Mohd Ashraf who will be the new face of Aman Central Mall.

Their win also guaranteed them a RM10,000 win of cash and sponsored gifts.

Among the major sponsors were the StarCity Hotel Alor Setar, BMW Lee motors, TOMEI, Watsons, Runway Productions, New Era, Carlo Rino, Edwin , COSAS UNITED, Sense3, Swaroski among others.

Present to support the event was Ken Chin, the assistant general manager of Aman Central and his team.

Sponsors were also presented with tokens of appreciation for their support and encouragement. It is hoped that the event will help boost the tourism industry of the state and its economy.
