Not all bacteria are harmful. There is “good’ bacteria and “bad” bacteria.
Ezylife Fiber Yogurt is one product that offers the necessary dose of good bacteria to care for your digestion and overall health of our body system.
At a recent press conference to further explain the benefits of their products, Ken Chan, the co-founder of the company shared further insights of Ezylife Fiber Yogurt which took seven years of research and development to come up with the final product.
He explained that the normal diet lacks adequate fiber that may increase the risk of blood pressure, diabetes, stroke, heart disease, obesity and digestive disorders.
“This is where our product offers natural detoxification for the digestive tracts and weight maintenance.
“Our products which come in five flavours, namely mango, peach, green apple, strawberry are sourced from Taiwan so that the quality is maintained. We are also certified by the Ministry of Health (KKM),” said Chan.
He further explained that a person would normally need a billion CFU (unit used to estimate the concentration of microorganisms in a test sample) in a day. As such their bottles are packed in 350ml bottles to meet this requirement.
“The main ingredients are pasteurised dairy milk blended with natural dietary fiber and fruit puree. The live-cultured probiotics are the good bacteria that help promote a healthy lifestyle.
“Once digested, the dietary fiber turns into a gel- like substance that mixes with partially digested food in the stomach. They entrap sugar, cholesterol and fats in the stomach and carry them through the digestive tract and further help reduce the overload of our liver,” added Chan.
As traditional yogurt does not contain fiber, Ezylife Fibre Yogurt is simply a natural prebiotic and probiotic source to promote a healthy digestive tract.
The product can be used to replace a small meal or consumed with light meals like salads and sandwiches.
Priced at RM9.50 per bottle, they are available at No 80 Lorong Selamat, Georgetown. Enquiries for distributors are also welcome.
