For over 30 years, this savoury snacks vendor along Transfer Road in Georgetown has been selling piping hot curry puffs, samosa, vadai, cekodok, laddu and other local favourites.

They are the second generation of vendors as initially their father had started the business here.

Pedestrians and motorists can be seen stopping over for their fair share of the offerings daily at Samosa Centre Sejahtera Muhibbah.

“Our customers are from all walks of life as our products are priced at reasonable rates. Although the prices of cooking oil and flour have risen, we have not increased our prices.

“We have many regular customers who also order in bulk for their tea meetings and to just take home for the family,” said owner, M. Sadhir.

He added that all of their products are freshly made and thus the popularity of their spread.

He also added that even tourists stop at his stall to buy his curry puffs.

Check out the stall which is open from 7am to 7pm daily if you are around the area.
