Meanwhile, a new face at the hotel is executive chef Rosli Shuib who comes with many years of experience in the culinary field.
Although he specialises in the Western/Italian cuisine, he is also well trained in Asian and local dishes.
His last posting was in a hotel in Cameron Highlands. He has also worked in hotels in Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Alor Star, Penang.
“I hope to bring some of my favourite Western and Italian dishes with a fusion of local ingredients to diners and as takeaway,” said Rosli.
