The Eastin Hotel Penang is giving back to the community within its vicinity and loyal patrons in their simple but unique way.

They are offering a variety of dishes priced only at RM5 each for self pick up or delivery.

The gesture by Eastin Hotel should be highly commended as the pricing is even cheaper than the normal restaurants around.

Among the dishes available are Nasi Goreng Kampung with egg (Monday), Nasi Lemak with Ayam Rendang and egg (Tuesday), Yong Chow Fried rice with egg (Wed), Nasi Puteh with Gulai Ayam with egg (Thurs) and Nasi Tomato with Ayam Masak Merah with egg (Friday).

This is one of the hotel’s ways to help the community at large during the CMCO where people who have difficulty to get proper good food, especially for lunch.

The CSR promo is targeted to those especially from the Bayan Lepas and FTZ areas by offering wholesome lunches.

Pre-orders must be made the day before from 11am to 5pm and it is on a first come-first-serve-basis.

They offer free delivery to the Queensbay area (no minimum order) and the FTZ area (minimum 10 boxes)

As for the Bayan Baru, Sungei Dua, Bukit Jambul, Bayan Lepas, Sungai Ara and Relau, a minimum order of 5 boxes entitles free delivery.

Meanwhile, the Hameediyah Restaurant is also offering its set daging, set ayam an set ikan at only RM6 with a packet drink for takeaway or delivery.

Their outlets are at Campbell Street and Sungai Ara.
