Angsana Teluk Bahang soft opening on Oct 10

The much awaited 5-star Angsana Teluk Bahang is set to open its doors with its “soft opening” this Saturday, Oct 10, 2020.
The resort which is the first Angsana brand in Malaysia, is managed by the world-acclaimed Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts.
The 250-room hotel features only the best of facilities and service for guests.
The resort is led by general manager, Nigel Fisher and his able management team.
Room and Suite categories include Superior Room, Deluxe Room, Premier Room, One-Bedroom Suite, One-Bedroom Deluxe Suite, Two-Bedroom Suite, Two-Bedroom Deluxe Suite with a patio garden and a mini jet tub at the entrance, Two-Bedroom Pool Suite with a plunge pool and Two-Bedroom Sky Garden Suite, a penthouse with a private sky garden and outdoor jet tub.
All rooms and suites offer a panoramic view of the Andaman Sea and come equipped with a 49-inch Smart television with music and movie channels, air-conditioning, luxurious amenities, international direct dial, bathroom with rain shower and long bath, bidet, hairdryer, digital clock with USB port, electronic safe box, Wifi connectivity, coffee and tea-making facilities, amongst others.
The resort has two swimming pools – an infinity pool located by the Jubilee, a unique extended deck for relaxation, which overlooks the picturesque Andaman Sea and another pool located at Kerongsang Wing with a children’s pool that comes with water play features.
Meetings and events can be organised at the resort with its Kebaya Ballroom located on the Ground Level of the resort, which can accommodate up to 300 guests, and three smaller meeting rooms which are suitable for private meetings and intimate events of 10 to 40 persons.
There will be the functional Jubilee Pavilion by the infinity swimming pool deck area, which sets as the perfect venue for private events of 30 to 200 persons. Fun-filled events can also be organised at our resort beachfront, suitable for family parties and annual gatherings. Tailor-made proposals to meet guests’ needs and requirements can be arranged accordingly. Special Wedding banquet celebration packages are also available
For the soft-opening phase of the resort from 10th October 2020, Jendela All Day Dining Restaurant and Chill Lobby Lounge will be the only two outlets in operation.
Meanwhile, the Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts SafeSanctuary Programme protocols will be incorporated to the outlets to ensure strict hygiene standards are in place for the health and safety of guests.
At Jendela, in compliance with current regulations, breakfast will be offered in a serviced buffet-style and to ensure physical distancing, the food items ordered will be served by our F&B Servers to guests at their tables.
The Senja Aman Wellness Center which also includes a fully-equipped Fitness Center and Angsana Spa, is set to open in the first quarter of 2021. For the soft-opening phase, Angsana Spa will operate with four treatment rooms on Level 2 of the Kerongsang Wing in the resort.
