Amari SPICE Penang and Amari Johor Bahru have emerged as winners at the Tourism Industry Awards (TIA) 2025, presented by the Malaysia International Tourism Development Association (MiTD), in recognition of their excellence in hospitality and guest experience.
At the prestigious ceremony held at Sunway Resort Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Amari SPICE Penang was named “Best Business Hotel”, while Amari Johor Bahru received the title of “Best Contemporary Hotel.”
Representing Amari SPICE Penang was its general manager, Noorazzudin Omar, while Ms. Pauline Chua, general manager of Amari Johor Bahru, accepted the award on behalf of their team.
These awards are more than just accolades—they represent the collective dedication, warmth, and service excellence demonstrated by every team member.
