MATTA partners MAG Group at this year’s Matta Fair 2024

The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) will partner with the Malaysia Aviation Group’s (MAG) encompassing Malaysia Airlines, Firefly,AMAL and MASwings, as the Official Airline Partner and premier sponsor for the MATTA Fair from March 22nd – 24th, 2024 at MITEC Kuala Lumpur.
This great partnership is to enhance the MATTA Fair experience for visitors with easy access to Malaysia’s premier airlines enticing offerings to enrich their travel experience through MAG’s diverse range of products and services. The dedicated Malaysia Aviation Group pavilion, strategically located at Level 3, is a great warm welcome hub for visitors to explore and engage with the national airlines’ promotions and activities.

During the MATTA Fair, MAG’s airlines will offer up to 30% off on air fares to domestic and international destinations within its network.
In addition, Malaysia Airlines, Firefly and MASwings will also be offering up to 25% off on ancillary products including seat selection, extra baggage, and more. Members of Malaysia Airlines’ award-winning travel and lifestyle loyalty programme, Enrich, will also enjoy 5% off their bookings, 5x EnrichMoney points for EnrichMoney users and. 50% Bonus Enrich Points on Malaysia Airlines flights during this period.
In addition to the enticing airfare discounts, customers can also look forward to the much-awaited Buyers Contest where MAG airlines will be offering a total of 30 return tickets, including Business Class tickets to London and Ahmedabad, India, Economy Class tickets to China and Vietnam, among other exciting destinations.
As the 54th edition of the MATTA Fair it is the premier and biggest consumer travel and holidays Fair in Malaysia, attracting an average 150,000 visitors in its previous Fair in 2023. The MATTA is renowned as the “much awaited travel and holidays Fair” by the consumer, and is the “highly-in demand” platform for industry stakeholders and players to showcase, market and sell their packages and offerings to the consumers.
MATTA expects this MATTA Fair will continue to support and grow the travel and tourism industry, both domestic and international travel, as the industry is turning the bend towards full recovery after the pandemic period. This MATTA Fair will provide a very wide range of travel and holidays products and services for the consumers to market and buy as consumers plan and arrange for their holidays in the near future.
This MATTA Fair welcomes everyone with free admission, from 10 am to 9 pm over three consecutive days, from Friday 22 March to Sunday 24 March. To provide easier travel to MITEC and reduce potential traffic congestion, MATTA has collaborated with local authorities to manage traffic flow.
As part of these efforts, MATTA is pleased to offer free shuttle services with a regular frequency from key locations – KL Sentral and Sunway Putra Mall directly to MITEC, and back. This free shuttle service provides visitors with convenient transportation to MITEC for the Fair. MATTA would like to encourage all to use the free shuttle service to MITEC and back.
At this MATTA Fair, MATTA, together with MITEC, are providing to the convenience of Muslim visitors and exhibitors by offering dedicated F&B facilities and services for “buka puasa” at various locations at the venue and dedicated prayer halls at Hall 5. Muslim visitors to the Fair do not need to worry but come to the Fair to buy your travel and holidays products and services as your needs are provided for at the venue during the month of Ramadan.
