Samsung does its bid to help flood victims

In the aftermath of the massive floods in the Klang Valley, Samsung Malaysia Electronics has announced that it will provide support to affected customers in the form of a one-time free cleaning and inspection plus free labour costs to repair affected Samsung products that were damaged in the recent floods.

From now until Jan 31, 2022, customers can contact 1800-88-9999, live chat via Samsung Members or head to Samsung.com/my, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to arrange for an appointment or for further details on the programme.

The gesture in keeping with Samsung’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) will surely provide some relief to the many flood victims.
