The Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts brands, part of Hilton’s Luxury Group, have received affirmations as the world’s best in the 2021 edition of Travel + Leisure 500 list as well as the prestigious 2021 Forbes Travel Guide Star Awards.
Among Asia’s shining stars are 17 hotels across both brands, located in iconic destinations ranging from gateway cities in China and South East Asia to resort locations from the Maldives to French Polynesia.

Claiming one of the top spots across both award programs is Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi. Within two years of its launch and just over a month after announcing its exclusive private island, Ithaafushi – The Private Island, Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi has secured fifth spot in the “Top 100 Hotels of the World” list of Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards.
