Spice Kitchen and Bar opens in Georgetown

The Spice Kitchen and Bar is the latest dining outlet along the busy commercial hub in Beach Street. (In front of Sri Weld Food Court)

The outlet officially opened recently for business (Wednesday Aug 19, 2020) where friends and well-wishers gathered.

The strategic of the premises was previously the former club called “The Bank” which had ceased operations.

The Spice Kitchen & Bar features a variety of Asian fusion and Western cuisine.

Among their signature dishes include mutton varuval, chicken varuval, chettinad pepper chicken, (comes with Roti Bengali), sizzling chicken, pepper sauce chicken, masala fish set, buffalo wings, french fries, nachos, masala pizza, Hawaiian pizza and the speciality masala pizza or house pizza with smoked duck on it.

 

Other new items include prawn masala, egg masala, egg bhurgi, red sizzling chicken, popcorn chicken, sizzling hotdog with onion, sizzling smoked duck and many more.

They also take pride in offering the cheapest beer, premium whisky, other spirits and also cocktails in town.

While there, British pool enthusiasts can play a round or two on the pool at the standard RM9 for three sets package.

The Spice Kitchen & Bar’s operating hours are from 11am to 12am daily.

The group presently has an outlet at the Spice Canopy in Bayan Lepas and their management hopes to open another four more outlets with one being at the Auto City on the mainland among the locations.
